Hello,
I'm looking for one, maybe two books that would cover most aspects of practical fluid mechanics (FM) and heat transfer (HT) for engineering applications. The ideal candidate: - strong focus on analytical and experimental FM and HT, - SI units (+USCS if possible), - some reference to modern numerical techniques, - a fair discussion of the pros and cons of each aspects of FM: Analytical, Experimental, and Numerical fluid mechanics (precision, accuracy, limitations, resources,...) I work as a CFD Engineer and I have a decent background in all three aspects of fluid mechanics, but I'd like to find a good book that puts it all together. Thanks! /JB |
