I was wondering if there was a reference that discussed Numerical Error Analysis. I know that it is important to perform a mass balance as well as an energy balance on numerical computations (Fluid and Thermal in my case) but are there other error analysis types? I know that for an experimental set-up they may have all sorts of errors and error propagation but how about a Numerical Experiment? I know they are there but what is the best way to determine and calculate them?
Thanks, MT |
