convergence at 0.5 momentum residuals

is it possible to converge with a high momentum residuals, i mean like 0.5???????? thx |

i m workin on a cylender obstacle in the main flow, i first run steady n after i move to unsteady and the results i hav seem to be good but i have stable residuals to 0.5 for the three momentum n tke...is that normal?
