Hi!
I have a problem when i try to generate a mesh using FAME HEXA. The problem area is where two concave surfaces ends up. I end up getting cuts in the geometry despite high refinement ratio on the corner. The model is made i ProEngineer and then imported to AVL FIRE and triangulated. Is it possible that the model is to well defined? In HEXA i use both refinement on the concave surfaces and the edge connecting them. I also use the option "preserve model details". I have attached two pictures of the problem. Here is a link to the model of the car, the problem area is in the front: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science...34d5a11d4580be |
