i am learner of fluent software.
i have been assigned a problem to design a nozzle type of valve.
i want to find the mass flow rate at the throat.
Please help me how to find mass flow rate over the length of the nozzle.

What do you mean when you say - mass flow rate over the length of the nozzle ? Mass flow rate (density x cross-section area x velocity) is the same whatever cross-section you take. If you have velocity variation normal to the axis of the nozzle, you can take the avg velocity over that particular section.
