I need to model a sail as part of my dissertation, and have been told that with v5.6 it is possible to make a thin surface/membrane. Ive spent hours trying to work out how this is done, but to no avail....can anyone help me out? It only needs to be 2-D as I am only looking at a small section, but it does need to be attached to a cylinder(the mast!)

Thanks a lot
