Read the book,
Computational Fluid Dynamics by J. Blazek. or their is other book Time Marching : A Step by Step Guide to Flow Solver. by Michel Lobo Hope It will help |

In single line, CFD is about solving Navier-Stokes Equation (compressible or incompressible) and other transport phenomenon equation using Mathematical Iterative Techniques.
