Hello everybody,
I am simulating a confined impinging jet with RNG and enhanced wall treatment, after compare with my experimental data, the mean velocity show a good agreement, but the turbulence intensity behaviors quite different, and the predicted turbulent intensity is always lower than the measuremental data both in the free jet region and wall jet region, could anyone give me any advice how to improve it, or what is the possible reason cause this under predicted turbulence. Is it related to the inlet bounday condition or mesh or something else? best regards CHEN |
