Fabio is on a distinguished road
Hi all, i got two main question about studing grid sensibility with a commercial code. In my case study i got an hot gas in a Y shaped duct, temperature profile are one of my aim.
1. Knowing that, for you is correct to do the sensibilty study simulation runs in adiabatic mode as boundary condition on the solid walls? I haven't done that and i would like to know if this a common procedure only to speed up this phase of the work without any implication with the results of the analisys?
2. How do you estimate a reasonable cell dimesion to start sensibility study from? I mean reasonable compared to overall dimensions of the simulation volume, starting from coarse going to finer meshes.

I hope my english is clear, thanks in advance for any answer.
