nuimlabib is on a distinguished road
iam running the simulation of wind tunnel. the dimension of my wind tunnel is 30 m in length and 20 m in width. iam still confuse to setting the turbulent intensity and turbulent viscosity. iam using the k-w turbulnce model. using boundary condition in front is velocity inlet. using periodic in the behind wall. and the outlet using pressure outlet. iam using reynold number of 3 million. so i determine the velocity inlet magnitude is about 43,8 m/s. now iam simulate the Naca 63(2)215. at the present i enter the value of turbulent intensity and turbulent viscosity about 0,05%. i follow the other refernce. but the result still not accurate enough for the drag coefficient. what make the result not accurate enough for experimental data. very fine mesh about 100.000 cell. but when i change angle of attack. error grow larger....what should i do? and recomendation value of the turbulent intensity and turbulent viscosity? how to set the the value of turbulent intensity and turbulent viscosity in this condittion, and how to calculate them, please help me....thanks before
