Dear readers,

I am in the start up of a CFD consulting firm. At this time, we are trying to build a client base. We are also trying to build a portfolio of work. If anybody has a problem, I am willing to solve your problem at no cost. That is correct, at no cost. Please e-mail me your contact information and problem description to me. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards, Chetan Kadakia

My questions are: governing equations: 2D unsteady shallow water equations with ADI method and alternate mesh.

The simulated open channel is rectangular.

I want to know how to deal with the boundary conditions.

What scheme is best with ADI method in these equations.

Thanks!!

This sounds too good to be true. A guy who can solve any problem you send him for free using Fluent...hum can Fluent tackle all problems...i think not!

I am not here to advertise. But many people have received my name from this site, and have contacted me for help. I am not selling anything, I am offering free help. Most people asking for help are students.

My understanding is that this is a discussion forum where we help each other. Let me help those who need it.

Sorry if I did not understand your post correct, You wrote "I am in the start up of a CFD consulting firm. At this time, we are trying to build a client base. We are also trying to build a portfolio of work. If anybody has a problem, I am willing to solve your problem at no cost"

Based on what you wrote I concluded that you were starting a CFD consulting firm and was trying to build a client data base and a portfolio of work for your company and you were advertising in this forum for people who had a problem you could solve such that you could create a data base with "clients" and with solved problems. Was I wrong? sorry if I was.

I'm trying to build a portfolio of work, and in the process I am working offering free consulting. Most of my work is proprietary, and I cannot it use it in meetings.

If you have a problem, and I solve it for you. I can then keep it in my portfolio when I meet clients.

I am not trying to turn the users here into clients. I will be targeting engineer departments directly.

It cannot be too big (email me and ill tell you what I will do. I have already received several requests. I also have to respect other consulting firms and not steal their business (that could be considered illegal, since it may be monoplizing).

Note: I want to take relatively simple problems from start to finish. I am not here to conduct anyone's PhD. thesis.

This offer is for people who are interested in getting some idea of fluid thermal interactions through cfd.
