I am solving 1D Euler equation with MUSCL Flux vector splitting Method
The flow is subsonic in the whole pipe.
I am wondering what inlet and BC I should use?

Use the characteristic BC's. You would need to fix 2 (out of rho, u, p) variables in inlet and one variable at outlet.
