ISAAC Source File Question

I have downloaded and extracted the ISAAC 4.2 source code. I noticed that in the file fourth.f, all sub programs contain a signature but no actual code within. This seems to present a problem with compilation because variables such as VOL are (what it seems to me at least) implicitly declared and Intel Visual Fortran cannot determine the data types correctly.
Anybody familiar with this scenario. Thanks, Jonathan |

Thanks Praveen. I did notice that these sub programs were unused after I posted this thread. I actually just left the empty subroutine declarations and added the dummy argument declarations. Doing that allowed the program to build successfully.

out of curiosity, I downloaded the file and the user's guide on my debian Lenny partition, I followed the installation instructions given on page 71 of the guide and it compiled ok.
