I am trying to plot the velocity profile of jet at several distance away from the jet exit (say 1D, 2D, 3D, etc) on a single plot. I am not sure what software (like excel, tecplot or matlab) can do that. I want to see how the jet is spreading through this plot.

I can plot all of them superimposed on each other as a single plot (in excel for example). I want to view each plot separately, but on a single graph.

Please let me know how I can get all these profiles at different location on a single plot.

Thanks

Anindya

You can use "create frame" option in tecplot to have more plots on the same graph.

''hold on'' in matlab to draw the next plot on your current figure.
