What is the suggested book for reading on basic CFD for a beginner of Chem Engg background? Also how does one go about from the start?

(1) "Transport Phenomena" by Bird,Stewart,Lightfoot - derivation of Continuity eqn and eqn of motion (2) 'Applied Numerical Methods' by Carnahan, Wilkes, Luther - chap (#7?) for FDE (3) the famous CFD book by Patankar (4) another famous book by Anderson, et.al
