Default how to code Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model in unstructured mesh?

ervasph is on a distinguished road
Spalart gives an example in sturctured grid. Because S-A model is not conservation form, he solve it using finite difference method that advective terms are discretized using first order upwinding, and diffusion terms are discretized using central difference. But how to expands Spalart's method to unstructured mesh using finite volume method?
