Dear Sir, could anyone tell me how to generate a non-uniform grid for flow over a square cylinder, grids should be clustered near the cylinder. Is there any formula?

You need a hyperbolic tangent (or hyperbolic sine function) to cluster the grid points. You can find the exact expression in CFD- Wiki or in any CFD book.

I suggest that you exploit software of grid generation such as Gridgen, ICEM CFD, because time can be saved.
