i have a pipe with two inlets and i want to simulate the mixing process of two different fluids after entering the pipe through the two inlets, but i donīt know how to tell cfx that there is one fluid coming into each inlet. i would be glad if someone could help me. thank you.

First define two materials for the two fluids. In CFX you would have to give one of the fluid as species equation and keep the other one as constraint. I hope the fluids are non reacting. In the inlet boundary conditions it will ask the mass fractions, in one of the boundary conditions the mass fraction will be unity while in the other it will be zero.
