These questions concern the application of an hydrodynamic model integrated in the vertical by the PHOENICS code and are listed below : 1) The bottom shear stress, and shear stress generated by the wind are they preprogrammed in the PHOENICS code; then, what are the calls procedures to these terms ? 2) How to take into account variable distribution of rugosity and diffusion coefficient in the PHOENICS code ? 3) The hydrostatic distribution of pressure can it be verified by the PHOENICS code ? 4) Can one solve the 1-D Saint-Venant equations by the PHOENICS code ? 5) How can one work in term of adimentional variables in the PHOENICS code ? 6) Could you send me Q1 files relative to questions posed ? 7) What is the formulation of the full equation solved in terms of covariant compenent when an hydrodymic model integrated in the vertical was used ?
Please, tell me who can give me the corresponding replies to these questions. Adress : Hafsia Zouhair Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis. Laboratoire d'Hydraulique. B.P. 37 - Le Belvédère, 1002, Tunis, Tunisie. Tel. : (216 1) 874 700 (475) - Fax. (216 1) 872 729 Thank you for your help |

Dear Hafid,
Thank you for your suggestion about how I can get answers of the questions concerning the use of an hydrodynamic model integrated in the vertical by the PHOENICS code. I would to inform you that these questions was firstly adressed to the user Support/ "Discussion Group", but I have not any answers. That's why I have adressed these questions to the Online-CFD Discussion My best regards. |
