Orthogonal grids and curved boundary

Hello,
assume that I use orthogonal cartesian grids for the 3-D incompressible Navier-Stokes with heat transfer, turb-ce, chemistry, etc. But the boundary of a region is a curvilinear surface. Are there anywhere published formulas to get the second order approximation for all variables near boundary? May be any references? Thanks. Levi |
