In finite element (FEM) simulaiton, if mesh size jumps, or, sizes of adjacent elments differ a lot, like 1:10, will this give bad solutions?
In FDM, mesh size jump leads to bad solution. Anyone has experience with FEM? if yes, why? THanks a lot? T |
