Default Help of Transient in Turbulence flow

I haven't had the experience with the trasient turbulent imcompressible flow. So far with my limits of computer resources, the turbulent flow in an enclosure (length ~ 10cm) did not show a big variation of velocity. The velocity is around of 30m/sec. My time step is around 0.000001-0.001sec. What should I normally see with the fluctuations of the velocity? Thanks!
