Medium price panel code for IGES or similar?

Do anybody know of a, not too expensive panel code (less than $6000 - VSAERO is too expensive), with a fairly good GUI and that imports common CAD files such as IGES or STEP, possibly via a pre-processor? Alternatively a panel code merged with some light CAD like SolidEdge (Star-Works is unnecessarily accurate and expensive). Thank you very much for answering!
