as i know, ADIFOR is a limited used share software.can i use it freely for individual research?

One has to be registered at the ADIFOR people.
I think anywhere at RICE University or Argonne.It is sometime ago I looked for it, and I use it from our computer center. When searching for ADIFOR, there should be explanations about receiving the software. Frank |
