Hi,
Is there any code, that can cope with two phase flow with at least on phase compressible? My case is simply ejection of fluid from confined vessel caused by sudden evaporation. Can STAR_CD or FLUENT do it? CXF cannot. thanks, Matej |

Do you know the mathematical structure of your compressible 2 phase flow?

You mean probably the set of equations I need to solve, if I get it right?
Yes.I gues I have the idea what to solve, but I do not have a time to write my own code, I need something which i can use ). matej |

Hi
You should be able to do in Star-cd. I am working with the beta version of the new v3.2. It got a feature called compressible VOF method, which also can handle condensation etc. Kind Regards Jens |
