Low Mach number variable density

Hi,
I have gone through several papers and books on the low Mach number variable density flows. Does anyone have a code so I can understand it more. I have problems in the treatment of the transient part in my code. I am interested in simple flow (like combustion) in a pipe. A heat pipe problem would also work. Many thanks. |

Mike, I am a new beginner to low mach number flows and I need the same help if possible. Also, I will be happy if you suggest me some books for reading.

Murat,
There are plenty of papers on the low mach number. Just go to AIAA Journal and search for low mach number and you get plenty of references. There is a good book by Wesseling : "Principles of Computational fluid dynamics". In Chapter 14 he has explained the low much number problem very well and has given many references. |
