Default helicopter simulation with sliding grids

Hi,

has someone done a simulation of a rotor of a helicopter with sliding grids ? I am intereseted which boundary conditions to choose for the case helicopter velocity=0. And how many revolutions it takes till the mean values of forces and torque are constant.
