Circular cylinder drag at high Re

What's the drag coefficient for circular cylinder at high Reynolds numbers (i.e. >1.0E6)? In most books it's plotted only to critical Reynolds number. It can be seen that for higher Re it grows to something about 0.4, but what's the exact value?
