HI all, Who know where is any article of precondtioning for viscous compressible N-S equations (Turkel or vanleer scheme)? thanks

See "Preconditioning Techniques in Computational Fluid Dynamics," Annual Review of Fluid Mechanics, Vol. 31, 1999 for a fairly comprehensive reiview of this subject. I find reading Turkel's review a little difficult, but it is comprehensive.

You may also want to look at various papers by C.L. Merkle, S. Venkateswaran, Y.-H. Choi, and other students that worked under Merkle. For example, the following papers might prove useful:
