Default WATERLEVEL CALCULATIONS!!!!!

I'm trying to predict changes in the waterlevel due to turbulence around obstacles (for example the pillars of a bridge). I'm using a slip-surface boundary at the watersurface, and would like to calculate the waterlevel from the pressure. The question is how???
