available turbomachinery streamline codes

Hello all. I am looking for a public domain streamline solver for turbomachinery. I don't care which method. It can be streamline curvature, matrix, Euler whatever. Thanks.

Check out the work of Vanco & Katsanis (NASA Lewis) in the mid 70's, for eg : "Fortran Program for Calculating velocities in the meridional plane of a turbomachine" NASA TN-D-6701
