Is there any specific area you are interested in..ie aerospace,automotive,biological flows etc??? I can recommend some aeroelasticity books geared towards the aerospace field: Fung,Y.C.,"An Introduction to the Theory of Aeroelasticity' Bisplinghoff,R.L.,Ashley,H. and Halfman,R.L.,"Aeroelasticity" Dowell,E.H,"A Modern Course in Aeroelasticity" these are all good books. Fung has also written some books on biological applications of aeroelasticity.

I just want to select my Masters Thesis Topic related to either on Aerospace Field or Automotive field. As my previous background of work is Mechanical Engg. One more thing if you can help me out find some online resources, i mean material on this topic and some recent research links.. That will help me in selecting the Topic for my Thesis. As i am not sure about my institute that they have got topics related to AeroSpace or Automotive Field. Thanking you in advance.

What about FSI analysis using immersed boundary method ? You can find some papers on the FSI examples based on the immersed boundary method and cartesian grid.
