Oscilating gas

Dear All,
I need oscillating gas source in my experiment and the oscilating frequency should be controlled. It seems that diaragm pump or piston pump could be emplyed for this purpose. Any one could tell me some datails about these system? - possibility, equipment and producers. Sincere thanks! Jie |
