Default Rigid Body Motion in Eulerian Grid

Respected Sirs:

Would anyone suggest some reference on dealing with fluid-strucuture interaction on Eulerian structured (rectangular) grids? I want to compute the motion of rigid bodies (non-rectangular) floating near the fluid free surface.
