Does anyone posses a subroutine (in C or Fortran or even PASCAL) that is capable of reading Fluent5 mesh (*.msh) file?

I need that to allow me using gambit as mesh generator for my code. The neutral file generated by generic solver option in GAMBIT does not provide proper linkage of periodic boundary thus it has limited use.

Thanks.
