Hello, Can somebody tell me of a reference wherein I would find the equations for generation of 3-d boundary fitted grid (along with the derivation of those equations)!

(1). You could start with Joe Thompson's book of "Numerical Grid Generation", which is free for download on Internet. (2). Check the resources section on grid generation, or the books section. (3). It is a simple question, but there is no simple answer. It depends on the complexity of your geometry. In addition to the structured mesh, there are also methods using unstructured mesh. I think, there is a mesh generation website. Check also the resources section.
