does secondary flow occurs in microchannels (100x100um)?

(1). In any channel flow, if the channel is long enough (relative to the channel width or height), and if the flow is fully-developed, I would say that it will be at most 2-D (for pipe flow, it will be 1-D). (2). If the channel is not a straight channel, the flow will be 3-D.
