Generalized Curvilinear Grid Maker

Hi, friends:

I'm working on programming of Boussinesq Model on Generalized Curvilinear Coordinate System. Anybody can direct me to a good reference on the grid maker for such kind of coordinate system? I don't want to have general mesh references such as triangular grids. I just need to use rectangular grid system (to use Finite Difference) on the mapping domain.
