Dear Sirs,
I'm developing an academic research in the field of CFD. I will describe my research briefly below PROJECT: SIMULATION OF COMPRESSIBLE FLOW IN BLADE CASCADE USING CONTROL VOLUME METHOD Flow characteristics: viscous, fully turbulent, compressible(supersonic), steady and two dimensional Computational analysis: The computations are carried out by solving the continuity equation, momentum equation, energy equation, equation of state and transport equation of turbulence using the SIMPLE method, the staggered grid technique is adopted in my work. All computations were performed using BFCs generated by solving an elliptic set of equations. Problem: I want to verify and validate my work, please can anyone guide me to location of any site that one can give them his data and get run. Thank you very much in advance for your help and understanding, your earliest reply will be highly appreciated. |

(1). For supersonic, compressible flow problems, I would take the density-based approach, which has been widely used for the last two dozen years or more. (unless your interest is in the method development using staggered grid)

As john mentioned you'd probably be better off using a density based (a.k.a. time iterative) scheme to solve your problem. There are many popular techniques that you can use.

Dear Prof.
Now, I was researching about modeling and simulating two dimension fluid dynamic in porous medium for my thesis MSc. Would you like to send me some your paper about computational fluid dynamic (cfd) ? Thank you very much. Suherman http://stud.che.itb.ac.id/~suherman |
