New CFD Online Server Up and Running

The new server is now up and running and the entire CFD Online site has been moved to it. The old server has been disabled. If you notice any problems please report them to me - I have upgraded most of the software packages running the site so there might be some incompatibilities that I haven't found yet.
The new server will provide plenty of growth potential for the future - it is able to handle 10 times more load than the old server and it has disk-space enough to store more than 1000 years of discussion forum messages ;-)
