(1). The book "boundary layer theory" by Schlichting has a formula: cf=0.074*(Re)^-0.2; 500000 .gt. (Re) .lt. 10000000., where Re is the Reynolds number based on the length. (2). At Re=10000000, cf=0.003 roughly. see the book for other numbers.
