Futher to my previous message - is there anybody working with FSI who can provide me with validation data. Prof/Dr/Mr Chien - Any Comment?

(1). There were two areas where fluid/structure interaction is important, one is the aero-elasticity and the other is the nuclear power plant. (2). So, you may want to do search in these two areas, check in the NASA/Langley Research Lab,I think, they must have something related to aero-elasticity problems. (3). You can also check into DOE related labs to see whether there are some CFD studies on the nuclear power plant fluid/structure interaction problems. (4). The other area is the bridge and building related aerodynamic problems. (5). You can also check into the Annual Review of Fluid Mechanics. There are many many volumes published, and I think, you should be able to find something about it.

What type of data are you looking for? I work in the aeroelasticity field and specifically with the flutter/limit cycle oscillations of plate-like wing models. Would data of this type be of any use to you?
