how does powerflow works, what is difference discerte grid volumes(genetrated in conventional cfd packages as mesh/grid around geometry) dependent of time and space.

whereas in powerflow the dicerte volumes are dependent on time, space and velocity, is it an moving grid? what the basic difference in grid generation procedure.
