I'm looking for experience anyone has had with modeling thin perforated plates in incompressible ducted flow, specifically in diffusers. Any test data and correlation with CFD (porous media) results would be appreciated.

They put most things in a wind tunnel to determine the pressure loss coefficient for a range of Reynolds numbers. Watch out for Re. nos based on device velocity.
