Hai,
I am studying the fully developed flow between two parallel plates in the presence of a magnetic field applied parallel to the flow direction, whose velocity is U. Should my momentum equation be (sigma)*(Bo)*U or just (sigma)*(Bo). Expecting a reply |

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. But here the velcoity U is independent of the flow direction, as you know the flow is fully developed. Therefore I hope the applied magnetic field strength will be a constant as there is no change in the velocity in the flow direction. Your comment in this regard is most welocme. Sundar |
