Upwinding for FE

Dear All,
Could you recomend me a source (book or article) with clear instuctions on building (2nd-order) upwind schemes for linear finite elements? Better in the context of incompressible flows. I mean "classical" upwinding, but not SUPG-like schemes. Thanks! |
