Hello I am solving conical Navier-Stokes Equations and the effects of pertrubations. I am imposing the perturbation at any point in the flowfield by setting rho = 1.0 and the velocity components, u, v, w = 0.0. Could anyone tell me what is the nature of such a perturbation and how can it be classified? I have heard of vorticity and entropy perturbations and stuff like that and I am curious as to what kind of perturbations this is. Thanks a lot.
