I am trying to use the multicomponentFluid solver in OpenFOAM to simulate a hydrogen release from a small hole (2-3 mm) in a large environment (12 mx6 m) where there is air and a "window" (outlet). Do you have any suggestions?
It is for my master's thesis in chemical engineering. In the nozzle (H2 inlet) is it better to set a boundary condition in terms of pressure or velocity fixedValue? In past works i've seen that it was used the rhoReactingCentralFoam solver wit the chemical reactios in off, is it nt availabre anymore in OpenFOAM 11 right? Which tutorial or already developed work should I look at? Thanks to all. |
