Default XFlow - how to define local rotation axis instead of global

SkyBreacher is on a distinguished road
I have two propellers, they are located with some offset from the central Y axis. If I define the angular laws for Y (60(t)) - they will rotate around the global Y axis. But I need to rotate around their own Y axis. How can I do this?
