Structural Meshing for Delta wing

Hello Guys,
I am tring to mesh a delta wing. I used ANSYS Mewshing, ICEM CFD, (But could not do with Pointwise). The grid is not what it should be, and it is not fine at all. For instance I want to make it like this picture.

Is there any one who can help me out with the process?
